The South West has over 5.7 million people who will need to access health and social care at some point in their lifetime. To help look after these people, there are 19 NHS Trusts and lots of GP practices, Care homes, pharmacies, dentists and numerous other charities. We need to ensure all these organisations have the right mixture of staff to deliver this care and be there for the people who need them. In addition, there are teams of responsive and knowledgeable professionals who develop events, projects and programmes to support this future workforce.
