Come and be part of our amazing team as a Meet & Greet Volunteer. We are looking for welcoming and enthusiastic people to volunteer with us and give their time at Castle Circus Health Centre. In this role you will provide a helping hand and warm and friendly face to our patients, visitors, staff and volunteers around the site.

Why we want you

Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, they help enhance our patient and visitor experience. Our meet & greet volunteers are there to provide a friendly welcome to patients and visitors to Castle Circus Health Centre. Your support and time in guiding and providing a welcoming experience will help people feel less overwhelmed and more relaxed when visiting the Health Centre.

What you will be doing
  • Welcoming patients and visitors to the site
  • Signposting people to their required service or location, or walking with them to their required location within the centre
  • Supporting patients and visitors with the Pay on Exit parking machines and adding exemptions to the ‘white list’ on a handheld tablet
The skills you need
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Genuine interest in people, and ability to be part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, & discreet
  • Welcoming and friendly attitude
