What We Do

We understand how confusing the different organisations that makeup health and social care can be and all the great career opportunities they offer. Therefore, we have tried to pull together information from the different sectors to help you find the information you need quickly and easily.

There are teams of people working in all the different organisations to plan and deliver opportunities such as events, projects and programmes to help inspire and encourage people into their dream careers. Why not check out our Events and Opportunities page to see what is on offer?

We work closely with education providers, healthcare partners, job centres and other employers. As a team, we aim to help people of all ages access information and experience through events and opportunities.

We also work in partnership with various external organisations and charities such as Princes Trust, St. Johns Ambulance and Step into health to reach as many people as possible within our community. This will help us ensure our future workforce is a true representation of the communities it cares for.

Schools, Colleges and Education Partners: Our teams across the South West are dedicated to ensuring that we engage with schools and colleges and that the various opportunities delivered are of high quality, meeting the needs of both the student and the education providers. In addition, our work experience opportunities aim to support schools and colleges to meet the Gatsby Benchmarks.
